Cropped graduation photo (2)I am a recent University of Birmingham graduate now working with ChemBAM as a video-maker. I am creating first-person videos to give a unique perspective and insight into practical techniques in chemistry. Also, I will be making 360° videos that aim to allow the viewer to experience research environments with state-of-the-art technology in world-class institutions regardless of where they are in the world. These videos are going to be hosted on the ChemBAM YouTube channel.

I grew up in Cornwall, before coming to university in Birmingham, where I graduated in 2018 with an MSci in Chemistry with Study Abroad, having spent the third year of my degree at the University of Auckland. In my fourth year I completed a research project with Dr Liam Cox concerning the synthesis of medium-sized ring molecules (8-11 atoms) for drug discovery.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, singing, yoga, and morris dancing (among other things. I may have too many hobbies…).
