Colour and colour changes are common in chemistry experiments.
It is possible to buy a colour detector but this can be costly. It also cannot be used to measure colour through glassware.
For titrations, apps have been developed. A nice example is Titration ColorCam, which is free to download to a smartphone. This enables audio or vibrating notifications at the end point of a titration.
Another option is to consider whether color is needed at all! It is possible to carry out an acid-base titration using onions as an olfactory indicator!
